Privacy:

In order to use the services of nPod users have to become members and complete the required login and Registration form, supplying personal information.   This information is considered to be private and confidential and is not shared with any entity outside of our company. 

Contact information required for Login registration is collected and stored.    When users sign up and use a credit card, the credit card details are not stored.   The details are transmitted electronically and discarded.    All transactions on nPod are secured via a 128bit SSL certificate.

nPod will not publish or display members contact or financial information.    Furthermore, nPod will not provide any third party with contact details, including email addresses at any time.
